Terms of use

These Terms govern browsing, account registration, downloads, purchases, and all other use of pixeller. Separate terms apply to asset licensing (License) and to privacy (Privacy policy). By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the documents linked from them.

「Service」 means pixeller. 「We / us」 means RANRAN Solutions (RANRANソリューションズ). 「User」 means any person who accesses the service. 「Member」 means a user with a registered account. 「Assets」 means pixel-art files and related data distributed on the service (sprite sheets, JSON, previews, source files, etc.). 「All Access」 means the site-wide subscription plan that grants download access to paid assets while active.

Registration requires a valid email address. Authentication is handled through our identity service. You must manage your credentials and are responsible for activity under your account. Registration information must be accurate and kept up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, the license, or applicable law.

Assets remain our property or that of respective creators; no copyright is transferred. Use of each asset is permitted only under the pixeller Standard License bundled with the download. Free assets require credit attribution; paid assets do not require credit but attribution is welcome. Uses prohibited under the license—including standalone redistribution, upload to stock sites, and AI/ML training—are also prohibited under these Terms.

Prices appear on each asset page or on the plan page (tax included unless stated otherwise). Payment is processed by our payment provider. Upon successful payment, digital files become available for download from the member account. Because the products are digital, refunds are not offered after delivery except where required by law.

Commercial terms for Japanese consumers: Legal notice (Specified Commercial Transactions Act)

All Access renews automatically each billing period until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; downloads obtained during an active period remain usable under the license. Manage billing and cancellation from your account billing settings.

We display third-party advertisements on the site. Ad delivery may use cookies or similar technologies as described in our Privacy policy. Advertising revenue supports operation of the free catalog.

Users must not: (1) breach the license or these Terms; (2) scrape, bulk-download, or impose unreasonable load; (3) attempt unauthorized access or circumvent payment; (4) interfere with other users or our infrastructure; (5) transmit malware or unlawful content; (6) impersonate another person or entity; (7) use the service for any illegal purpose.

We may restrict access, remove content, or terminate accounts without prior notice when we reasonably believe a violation has occurred. Members may delete their accounts from account settings. Provisions that by nature should survive (license restrictions on already-downloaded assets, disclaimers, governing law) remain in effect after termination.

The service and assets are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free files, or suitability for a particular project. Except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or assets.

We may revise these Terms. The revision date is shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be posted here; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The license version included in a download package governs that package.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes arising from the service, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise.
