- Payment methods

- Payment timing
- One-time purchases: charged when your order is confirmed. Subscriptions: charged at signup and on each renewal date.
- Delivery
- Available for download immediately after payment (from your account).
- Returns, exchanges & cancellation
- Because products are digital (images, sheets, metadata, etc.), returns and refunds are generally not accepted after purchase. You may cancel a subscription from your account billing settings. After cancellation, downloads remain available until the end of the paid period.

- Using assets requires a game development environment such as Unity, Godot, or Phaser, or image editing software. Downloading and purchasing requires a modern web browser with JavaScript enabled.
